Many years ago I accepted a job as a debt consolidator for an unscrupulous company in the northeast part of the US. Soon after being hired I was so disappointed to learn that when talking to potential customers, all of us agents were forced to follow a script of lies. Here we were counseling these poor people on the verge of bankruptcy and at the same time offering them fake interest rates for the “privilege” of consolidating their debts. Without getting into the mechanics of the business model, I stood to make A LOT of money if I had just played along. But from the very beginning I made a stink about what the company was doing and on my third day I ended up quitting. The 70 other agents in that office were accustomed to turning a blind eye so they kept their jobs. One of them in the cubicle next to me was a recently graduated theology student. If I hadn’t seen the diploma on his wall I never would have known this because his mouth was as trashy as the other agents around him.
Coming against a room full of dishonest bobbleheads like that and enduring such a long time of homelessness was not an easy thing to do. But honestly, if I found myself employed at the same kind of company today I would do the same thing over again. What’s the point of living if you have to be a rat? This book is the product of my long term entrepreneurial activities and related research since that horrible time. It will teach you how to become more insulated from an increasingly dark and corrupt system, allowing you to pay off your debts and come into prosperity on your own terms. When you finish reading, pick just 2 or 3 strategies that you feel drawn to. Work with them for the next year having faith that you will be seeing results. First your income will start negating the interest that you are paying on your debts. Then gradually you will see yourself moving out of the red and into a place of strong and consistent profit. All the best on your new adventure to financial freedom and see you on the other side.
Everyone needs to budget to get out of debt. But if you go through years with a tightened belt around your waste, you’re not really living life. The recipe for success over your finances involves budgeting PLUS passive income streams that will always be there for you.
If you carefully tend to each passive income stream, they will grow and some might even develop into lucrative businesses. Jobs come and go, but wealth made through passive income is usually steady and reliable.
Many of us have tried to make the big score with an investment to get ourselves out of our financial woes. This is just a pipe dream as most of us have found out. However, the constant flow of money from your various passive income streams can provide you with what stock dividends and capital gains are suppose to.
